Who we are?

Clever Kiwi is a mobile game app designed for both the Apple app store and the Android Playstore. The game, its website, its official social media channels, and their contents are owned and run by Elements Studios, to provide you with a better gaming experience. In this document Clever Kiwi Game App is referred to as “Clever Kiwi”, “us”, “our”, or “we”. Users of Clever Kiwi Game App are referred to as “you”, or “your”.

• According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

  Users can visit our website anonymously

  Our privacy policy includes the word “Privacy” and can be easily found on our homepage.

  Users will be notified of any policy changes on our Privacy Policy page.

  Users are able to change their personal information by emailing us.

• We honor “Do Not Track” signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a “Do Not Track (DNT)” browser mechanism is in place.

• We do not allow third party behavioral tracking.

• To be in accordance with COPPA, we do not specifically market to children under 13.

• To be in accordance with the Fair Information Practice Principles, should a data breach occur, we will notify the users via email within 7 working days.

• Individuals have the right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.

• We collect your email address in order to send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
